Thomas (9th US Circuit Court, LA) wrote: "[W]e live in a quicksilver technological environment with courts ill-suited to fix the flow of internet innovation....The introduction of new technology is always disruptive to old markets and particularly to those copyright owners whose works are sold through well-established distribution mechanisms," the court wrote. Awareness Research While critics grow more concerned each day about the insecurity of electronic voting machines, Australians designed a system two years ago that addressed and eased most of those concerns: They chose to make the software running their system completely open to public scrutiny.
